Produced using the traditional method, Crémant d’Alsace delights with its freshness, fine bubbles and delicate aromatic expression. It’s one of France’s finest sparkling wines outside Champagne.
Like Champagne, Crémant d’Alsace undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle and is aged on lees for a minimum of 12 months to develop finesse and complexity.
Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir (for rosé) each bring distinct characters to the blend — resulting in balanced, fruity wines with fine, persistent mousse.
Crémants from Alsace are known for their vibrant freshness, floral and fruity aromas, and sometimes a hint of brioche. On the palate, they are crisp, round and beautifully thirst-quenching.
Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs well with seafood, grilled fish, poultry or lightly sweetened desserts. A versatile and elegant choice for celebrations.
