4: Delivery / Receipt
In mainland France, delivery times are estimated between 2 and 8 working days from receipt of payment. For international deliveries, lead times depend on the destination.
These delivery times are indicative only. If the delay exceeds 30 days, the customer may cancel the order and request a full refund.
Goods travel at Mony and Co’s risk until they are physically handed over to the consumer. It is the recipient’s responsibility to check the conformity and condition of the products upon delivery and to make any necessary remarks on the delivery slip.
Any claim must be confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier within 3 days, with a copy sent to Mony and Co within 8 days.

7: Corked Bottles
Responsibility in the case of corked bottles lies with the estate (or négociant) designated as the bottler. In the event of a cork taint, the following procedure applies: return the bottle (full or nearly full) along with its original cork and a covering letter specifying the purchase from our company. Upon receipt, we will forward the complaint to the relevant estate (or négociant), who will determine the legitimacy of the claim and decide whether or not to offer a replacement. We will inform you of their response and proceed with the replacement if approved.

The sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited (Art. L3342-1 of the French Public Health Code). By placing an order, the client certifies they are of legal drinking age.
