Graves is the historic cradle of Bordeaux dry whites, producing elegant, mineral-driven wines with bright acidity and aromatic complexity. The gravel soils of the region promote freshness and balance.
A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and sometimes Muscadelle, Graves whites show aromas of citrus, white flowers, stone fruits and subtle mineral or smoky notes.
On the palate, these wines are lively and structured, with tension, clarity and length. Some are aged on lees or in oak barrels for added richness and depth.
