Founded in 2005 by talented winemaker David Croix, former head of winemaking at Maison Camille Giroud, Domaine des Croix has quickly established itself as one of the rising stars of the Côte de Beaune. Based in Beaune, it is recognized for its precise, respectful approach that highlights the authentic diversity of Burgundy’s terroirs.

The vineyard covers about 6 hectares, mainly in Beaune but also in Corton and Aloxe-Corton. The parcels include several premiers crus and grands crus, offering a rich palette of Pinot Noir expressions. The clay-limestone soils, carefully farmed with minimal intervention, produce wines of remarkable elegance and depth.

David Croix’s philosophy emphasizes sustainable viticulture with low yields to ensure concentration and natural balance. In the cellar, winemaking is minimally interventionist, aiming to preserve aromatic purity and fine tannin texture. Thoughtful, precise ageing allows each climat’s unique personality to shine.
