Founded in 2001, Domaine Emmanuel Darnaud has quickly become one of the rising stars of the Northern Rhône. Based in La Roche-de-Glun, at the southern end of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation, Emmanuel Darnaud has passionately expanded his family vineyard, establishing the domaine as a key reference for Syrah lovers.

The estate spans about 15 hectares across varied terroirs of pebbles, alluvial soils and clay. Syrah dominates the reds, producing wines that are both generous and expressive, with fine ageing potential. Marsanne and Roussanne complete the vineyard, yielding bright, fresh and balanced whites.

The domaine’s philosophy emphasizes respectful, environmentally conscious viticulture and the truest possible expression of terroir. Winemaking is precise and minimally interventionist, highlighting fruit purity, freshness and balance. Ageing in a mix of tanks and barrels adds harmony and complexity.
