Based in Vosne-Romanée, at the heart of the Côte de Nuits, Domaine Gros Frère & Sœur belongs to one of Burgundy’s most iconic families. Founded in the 1960s by Gustave Gros, the estate has since been handed down to his heirs, who maintain the uncompromising standards and refinement that built its reputation.
The vineyard covers about 20 hectares, with holdings in some of Burgundy’s most prestigious appellations, including Vosne-Romanée, Clos de Vougeot, Échezeaux and Richebourg. These exceptional climats, meticulously farmed, allow Pinot Noir to fully express its nobility and the richness of Burgundy’s terroirs.
The domaine’s philosophy emphasizes environmentally respectful viticulture and careful soil management. In the cellar, winemaking is precise and minimally interventionist, preserving fruit purity and terroir character.
