Located in Santenay, at the southern end of the Côte de Beaune, Domaine Justin Girardin embodies the energy and vision of Burgundy’s new generation. From a winemaking family with roots dating back to the 16th century, Justin Girardin continues a long-standing heritage while embracing a modern, environmentally respectful approach.

The vineyard covers about 17 hectares across Santenay, Chassagne-Montrachet, Pommard, Savigny-lès-Beaune and Puligny-Montrachet. This diversity of climats allows Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to express themselves with precision and balance.

Viticulture is carried out organically, with great attention to biodiversity and soil vitality. In the cellar, winemaking is minimally interventionist: indigenous yeasts, gentle extractions and carefully managed oak ageing. The aim is to preserve fruit authenticity and highlight terroir character.
