Located in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Domaine de Marcoux is a family estate emblematic of the Southern Rhône Valley. Run by sisters Catherine and Sophie Armenier, the domaine has built a reputation for finesse and elegance, with a style deeply rooted in terroir expression.

The vineyard extends over about 20 hectares, spread between Châteauneuf-du-Pape and a few Côtes-du-Rhône parcels. Grenache is the dominant grape variety, complemented by Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault. The diversity of soils, from rolled pebbles to red clay and sand, lends the wines remarkable depth and complexity.

A pioneer in the region, Domaine de Marcoux has been practicing biodynamic viticulture since the 1990s. The vines are cultivated with deep respect for nature, encouraging biodiversity and soil vitality. In the cellar, winemaking is precise and minimally interventionist, ensuring fruit purity and true terroir identity.

The wines stand out for their elegance, aromatic intensity and balance. The Châteauneuf-du-Pape reds display layers of dark fruit, spice and garrigue, with silky tannins and outstanding ageing potential. The whites, produced in smaller quantities, are admired for their freshness and mineral tension.

Renowned worldwide, Domaine de Marcoux wines are among the benchmarks of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and embody the timeless greatness of the Southern Rhône.
