Based in Fixin since 1925, Domaine Pierre Gelin is a family estate emblematic of the Côte de Nuits. Founded by Pierre Gelin, the domaine is now run by Pierre-Emmanuel Gelin, who carries on the family legacy with passion and modernity, while remaining faithful to Burgundian tradition.

The vineyard spans about 13 hectares, mainly in Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin, producing village wines, premiers crus and the prestigious grand cru Chambertin Clos de Bèze. Pinot Noir dominates, yielding powerful yet refined reds, while a small production of Chardonnay showcases the finesse of white wines from the Côte de Nuits.

Viticulture is environmentally respectful, with a strong focus on biodiversity and soil vitality. Harvesting is done by hand, and winemaking follows a minimalist approach to preserve terroir authenticity. Ageing in oak barrels is carefully tailored to each cuvée, ensuring harmony between fruit, structure and elegance.
