Located in Serrières, at the heart of the Saint-Joseph appellation, Domaine Vallet is a family estate that has carried on Northern Rhône winemaking traditions for generations. Now led by Anthony Vallet, the domaine blends heritage and modernity to produce precise, elegant wines that remain faithful to their terroirs.

The vineyard spans about 15 hectares across steep granite slopes typical of the region. Syrah dominates the reds, yielding wines of great aromatic intensity and impressive ageing potential, while Marsanne and Roussanne showcase the richness and elegance of Rhône Valley whites.

Viticulture is environmentally respectful, with meticulous manual work required by the steep terrain. In the cellar, winemaking is precise and minimally interventionist, emphasizing fruit freshness and terroir authenticity. Ageing in tanks and oak barrels is carefully adapted to each cuvée, ensuring balance and complexity.

Domaine Vallet wines are admired for their purity, aromatic intensity and harmony. Saint-Joseph reds reveal notes of dark fruits, spice and violet with refined structure, while the whites stand out for their freshness, aromatic richness and mineral tension.
