Lirac Red: Subtle Nobility from the Right Bank of the Rhône

Across the river from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac produces bold yet elegant reds with balance, ripeness and finesse. A lesser-known cru with exceptional potential.

A sunny and harmonious terroir

Lirac’s soils — red sand, limestone terraces, and round pebbles — encourage full ripeness and aromatic depth. The Mediterranean climate, moderated by the mistral wind, ensures freshness and consistency.

Velvety, fruity and spicy style

Led by Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, Lirac reds feature ripe black fruits, sweet spices, herbs and hints of leather. The palate is fleshy yet refined, with smooth tannins and long, elegant finish.
