Description
The “Les Cailloux” cuvée comes from classic limestone-rich slopes of Rully, well exposed to the sun. The 2022 vintage, generous and sunny, yields an expressive Chardonnay with both aromatic richness and mineral tension. Boisson Frère & Sœur delivers a precise, elegant white that balances charm and structure—true to the Côte Chalonnaise spirit.

Vinification & aging
Gentle pressing, native yeast fermentation in oak barrels, aged 10–12 months on fine lees (partially in oak).

Tasting notes
• Appearance: Pale yellow with golden hues.
• Nose: Ripe pear, white flowers, lemon zest, fresh hazelnut.
• Palate: Broad and precise, bright acidity, silky texture, mineral and saline finish.

Aging potential
Best enjoyed between 2024 and 2029.
