Founded in 1829 in Aÿ, at the heart of Champagne, Maison Bollinger is one of the region’s most prestigious and iconic names. Family-owned since its creation, it has built a worldwide reputation for its uncompromising standards, consistency and unmistakable style.

The estate owns about 180 hectares of vineyards, largely classified as Grand and Premier Cru, mainly across the Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Blancs. Pinot Noir takes center stage, providing the hallmark power, structure and aromatic depth that define Bollinger champagnes.

Winemaking at Bollinger follows a unique artisanal approach: reserve wines aged in magnums under natural cork, fermentation in oak barrels for certain cuvées, and extended cellar ageing far beyond appellation requirements.

The house’s flagship Special Cuvée perfectly embodies its refined style, balancing strength with elegance. Prestige cuvées such as La Grande Année and R.D. (Recently Disgorged) are among the world’s most sought-after champagnes, admired for their complexity and exceptional ageing potential.

An enduring symbol of excellence, Maison Bollinger represents the timeless elegance of Champagne and remains a benchmark of French luxury.
