Located in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan appellation, Château de Fieuzal is an emblematic estate of the Graves region. Classified as a Graves Grand Cru Classé for its red wines in 1959, the property is renowned for its savoir-faire and consistent style, combining elegance, aromatic intensity and excellent ageing potential.
The vineyard extends over about 70 hectares, with 65 dedicated to reds and 5 to whites, planted on deep gravel and clay-limestone soils. Red grape varieties are dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, complemented by Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, while whites are based on Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon.
Viticulture is carried out with a sustainable and environmentally conscious approach, respecting soils and biodiversity. Manual harvesting ensures careful grape selection. In the cellar, winemaking is adapted to each parcel, with oak ageing carefully judged to preserve balance and complexity.
Château de Fieuzal’s reds are admired for their elegant structure and aromas of dark fruit, spice and the smoky notes typical of the Graves. The whites, refined and vibrant, display freshness, tension and aromas of citrus and white flowers.
A true benchmark of Pessac-Léognan, Château de Fieuzal perfectly represents the harmony of Bordeaux tradition and modernity.
