Located next to the iconic Château Ausone, Château Moulin Saint-Georges is a discreet family estate that stands as one of the hidden gems of Saint-Émilion Grand Cru. Run by the Vauthier family, also owners of Ausone, the property benefits from exceptional savoir-faire and meticulous attention to detail.

The vineyard spans about 7 hectares, planted on Saint-Émilion’s characteristic clay-limestone soils, which provide balance and depth to the wines. The varietal mix is dominated by Merlot, complemented by Cabernet Franc, achieving perfect harmony between roundness and structure.

Viticulture is carried out with the highest standards: parcel-by-parcel care, respect for the soil, controlled yields and manual harvesting. Precise vinifications tailored to each vintage are followed by ageing in French oak barrels, most of them new, which add complexity and refinement.

Château Moulin Saint-Georges wines are admired for their refined bouquet of dark fruits, violet and spice, their velvety texture and their remarkable length. They have excellent ageing potential, yet also offer charming accessibility in their youth.

Confidential and highly sought after by connoisseurs, Château Moulin Saint-Georges epitomizes the elegance, precision and depth of the finest Saint-Émilion wines.
