Lesser-known than its red counterpart, Châteauneuf-du-Pape white ranks among the Rhône Valley’s finest whites. Made from traditional southern grapes such as Roussanne, Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc and Picpoul, it offers richness, structure and elegance.
The vines grow on stony soils of galets, red clay and sand, storing heat and promoting ripeness. The dry, warm climate is moderated by the mistral wind, preserving freshness in the wines.
