Founded in 2007, Domaine Benjamin Taillandier has quickly emerged as one of the rising stars of the Minervois. Based in Caunes-Minervois, in the heart of Languedoc, this young winemaker represents a new generation driven by passion, authenticity, and respect for nature.

The vineyard spans about 15 hectares, farmed biodynamically from the very beginning. Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Terret make up the varietal palette, producing expressive and distinctive cuvées. Clay-limestone and schist soils, cultivated without chemical inputs, enhance the vitality and strong identity of the wines.

Benjamin Taillandier’s philosophy is straightforward: to craft living, approachable, and gourmand wines that highlight pure fruit and the character of the terroir. Natural vinification, with minimal intervention and very little sulfur, preserves the energy and authenticity of each cuvée.

The wines are both accessible and profound, marked by freshness, aromatic precision, and immediate drinkability, while still offering solid ageing potential. They embody a contemporary vision of Minervois—rooted in tradition yet boldly forward-looking.
