Located in Château-Chalon, the emblematic village of Jura winemaking, Domaine Croix et Courbet is the result of two passionate families joining forces to showcase unique terroirs. Led by Florent Rouve and Damien Courbet, the estate has gained recognition for producing wines of precision and sincerity that embody the character of Jura.
The vineyard spans about 10 hectares, planted with traditional varieties such as Savagnin, Chardonnay, Poulsard, Pinot Noir and Trousseau. The marl soils of Château-Chalon provide an exceptional setting for crafting Vin Jaune, a true treasure of patience and complexity.
The domaine’s philosophy is based on environmentally respectful viticulture and winemaking that highlights transparency and terroir identity. Vin Jaune and wines aged under flor stand out for their depth and longevity, while ouillé whites and reds reveal freshness, finesse and authenticity.
