Located in Saint-Andelain, at the heart of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation, Domaine Didier Dagueneau is a Loire Valley legend. Founded by the bold and visionary winemaker Didier Dagueneau, the estate revolutionized the approach to Sauvignon Blanc, seeking purity, precision and expressiveness. Since his passing in 2008, his son Louis-Benjamin has carried on the family legacy with equal dedication and creativity.
The vineyard spans about 12 hectares, planted mainly with Sauvignon Blanc, the emblematic grape of Pouilly-Fumé. Clay-limestone and flint soils impart striking minerality, aromatic depth and remarkable tension. Iconic cuvées such as Silex, Buisson Renard and Pur Sang embody the domaine’s philosophy: producing distinctive, characterful and timeless wines.
Viticulture is carried out with extreme rigor, close to biodynamic principles, preserving natural soil balance and vine vitality. In the cellar, winemaking is precise and patient, blending tradition with innovation, with long ageing that brings depth and complexity.
Domaine Didier Dagueneau wines are celebrated for their intensity, length and extraordinary ageing potential. True icons, they are sought after by collectors and wine lovers worldwide.
Each bottle signed Dagueneau expresses a unique vision where Sauvignon Blanc reaches its highest level of nobility.
