Located in Gevrey-Chambertin, at the heart of the Côte de Nuits, Domaine Dugat-Py is a benchmark for lovers of great Pinot Noir. Founded in the early 20th century, the estate rose to prominence under Bernard Dugat and his wife Jocelyne Py, who elevated it to one of Burgundy’s most respected names.

The vineyard covers about 10 hectares, including centenarian vines, across prestigious appellations such as Gevrey-Chambertin, Charmes-Chambertin, Mazoyères-Chambertin and Chambertin. These exceptional parcels, rooted in clay-limestone soils, give the wines remarkable depth and concentration.

The domaine’s philosophy is based on strict, environmentally respectful viticulture, farmed organically for many years without synthetic chemicals. Yields are deliberately kept low to ensure concentration and faithful terroir expression.

In the cellar, winemaking is precise, and long ageing, often in new oak barrels, brings structure, power and impressive ageing potential. Domaine Dugat-Py wines are marked by their intensity, tannic richness and aromatic complexity, combining strength with refinement.

Sought after by collectors and acclaimed by international critics, Dugat-Py’s wines embody the excellence of Gevrey-Chambertin and the timeless greatness of Burgundy.
