Located between Châteaubourg and Cornas, Domaine Durand is a family estate run by brothers Éric and Joël Durand. Heirs to a winemaking tradition passed down through generations, they have elevated the domaine to a respected name in the Northern Rhône by combining tradition with modern expertise.
The vineyard spans about 20 hectares across prestigious appellations such as Cornas, Saint-Joseph and Saint-Péray. Syrah delivers power and elegance in the reds, while Marsanne and Roussanne give rise to refined and well-balanced whites.
The domaine’s philosophy is based on environmentally respectful viticulture, with careful attention to maintaining natural soil balance. Granite and clay-limestone soils are meticulously farmed to preserve vitality. In the cellar, winemaking is precise and minimally interventionist, ensuring the grape varieties and terroirs fully express their identity.
