The vineyard grows on a mosaic of schist, limestone and clay soils, blessed with abundant sunshine and refreshed by the Tramontane wind. This geological and climatic diversity allows traditional grape varieties : Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, along with Macabeu and Grenache Blanc, to fully express their richness and individuality.

Viticulture is carried out with deep respect for the environment, fostering soil vitality and biodiversity. Manual harvesting ensures rigorous grape selection, while in the cellar, winemaking is precise and minimally interventionist, highlighting fruit purity and terroir authenticity.
