Located in Colmar, at the heart of Alsace’s vineyards, Domaine Schoffit is a family estate that has become a benchmark for the region’s finest wines. Founded in the 1970s by Bernard Schoffit and now run with his son Alexandre, the domaine combines tradition, precision and modernity to reveal the richness of Alsace’s terroirs.

The vineyard covers about 17 hectares, including prestigious plots on exceptional sites such as the volcanic Grand Cru Rangen de Thann, as well as Sommerberg and Harth. This mosaic of soils and exposures provides a wide range of cuvées, each marked by strong mineral identity.

Alsace’s iconic grape varieties shine here with brilliance: Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Muscat and Pinot Blanc. The domaine is committed to environmentally respectful viticulture, with careful vineyard work and manual harvesting. In the cellar, winemaking is precise and minimally interventionist, preserving aromatic purity and terroir depth.
