Produced in Aveyron (department 12), IGP reds come from steep slopes shaped by wind and sun. These authentic wines reflect a proud rural heritage and a strong sense of place in the South of France.
Vines grow at 350–600 meters on schist, red sandstone and ferruginous clay soils. This mountain setting gives vibrant, structured wines with real freshness.
Known locally as Mansois, Fer Servadou offers aromas of tangy red fruit, black pepper, licorice and forest floor. The wines are taut, with fine tannins and rustic charm.
IGP Aveyron reds are straightforward and honest — rarely oaked, never over-extracted. Enjoy young or after a few years for added complexity.
Ideal with Aveyron charcuterie, grilled meats, sausages with aligot, or hearty country cooking.
