Grown at over 250 meters altitude in Northern Minervois, this AOP sweet fortified wine is made exclusively from Muscat à Petits Grains. It’s prized for its aromatic precision and high-altitude freshness.
A high limestone plateau with a unique climate
Set on sun-drenched limestone soils, tempered by wind and elevation, the terroir encourages slow ripening and excellent balance between sweetness and acidity.
Bright, floral, and citrusy character
Expect aromas of lemon zest, orange blossom, fresh grape, and sweet mint. On the palate, it’s vibrant, linear, and refreshingly sweet without heaviness.
