Description
“Rozeta” is Maxime Magnon’s signature cuvée, embodying the natural wine movement in Corbières. Sourced from old vines grown biodynamically on cool, stony soils in Villeneuve-les-Corbières, this wine strikes a perfect balance between depth, freshness, and drinkability. The 2020 vintage is sun-kissed yet balanced, offering purity and vibrant energy.
Blend
Primarily Carignan with Grenache and Cinsault – hand-harvested, whole-cluster fermentation with native yeasts, aged in large oak foudres.
Tasting notes
• Appearance: Clear ruby red.
• Nose: Red fruits (strawberry, redcurrant), dried herbs, floral hints, smoky touch.
• Palate: Fresh and juicy, soft tannins, silky texture, long and delicately spiced finish.
