Appearance: The wine displays a beautiful ruby red color with purple highlights, bright and clear.
Nose: The nose is expressive, revealing aromas of black fruits such as blackberry and blackcurrant, complemented by spicy notes of black pepper, licorice, and wild herbs. Upon aeration, floral hints of violet and light smoky accents emerge, showcasing the typicity of Syrah on this terroir.
Palate: On the palate, the wine is supple and well-balanced. Fine, silky tannins support flavors of ripe black fruits, gentle spices, and licorice. A subtle minerality in the background adds freshness, leading to a long and elegant finish marked by a fruity and spicy persistence.
