Santenay’s soils mix marl, limestone and clay, with varied exposures and well-drained slopes. This terroir produces whites that are both round and vibrant, with delicate minerality.

Santenay whites show notes of ripe pear, white flowers, light honey and flinty minerality. The palate is ample but never heavy, carried by lively acidity and a graceful, saline finish.
