Founded in 1834 in Tain-l’Hermitage, Domaine Paul Jaboulet Aîné is one of the most iconic names of the Northern Rhône. For nearly two centuries, it has embodied excellence and tradition, now carried forward with passion and precision by talented oenologist Caroline Frey.

The vineyard covers more than 120 hectares across prestigious appellations such as Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, Cornas, Saint-Joseph, Condrieu and Côte-Rôtie. Its most legendary wine, Hermitage La Chapelle, is a global icon, celebrated for its depth, complexity and extraordinary ageing potential.

The domaine’s philosophy is rooted in environmentally respectful viticulture, fully converted to organic and biodynamic farming, preserving biodiversity and terroir identity. In the cellar, winemaking is precise and minimally interventionist, with ageing carefully adapted to each cuvée, blending tradition and modernity.

The reds, dominated by Syrah, stand out for their intensity, structure and remarkable longevity, while the whites — crafted from Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier — are admired for their freshness, aromatic richness and mineral elegance.

Renowned worldwide, Paul Jaboulet Aîné wines embody the timeless greatness and nobility of the Rhône Valley’s finest terroirs.
