Description
From century-old vines planted near the iconic Pont du Gard, this rare red Cinsault is a beautiful expression of Clos des Centenaires’ philosophy: wines of fruit, finesse, and terroir. The 2021 vintage, with its moderate ripeness and natural freshness, yields a light, airy, and intensely aromatic wine—shedding new light on an often-overlooked variety.

100% Cinsault – hand-harvested, whole-cluster fermentation, aged in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes
• Appearance: Pale red with ruby highlights.
• Nose: Wild strawberry, redcurrant, orange peel, hint of white pepper.
• Palate: Very fluid, fine tannins, crunchy fruit, saline and thirst-quenching finish.

Aging potential
